Songs that remind you/make you think of Severus

1.) Nothing Else Matters - Metallica (probably the best one, in my opinion).
2.) Careless Whisper - any version
3.) Space-Dye Vest - Dream Theater (my favorite band; don't be fooled by the name of the song - the lyrics really do quite match Snape's character. It makes me tear up).
4.) Your Betrayal - Bullet For My Valentine (angsty, MUCH in contrast with Space-Dye Vest and Nothing Else Matters, which are gentle and soothing).
5.) Unforgiven II - Metallica
6.) Broken Wings - Mister Mister
7.) Endless Sacrifice - Dream Theater
8.) Separate Ways - Journey
9.) Not Strong Enough - Apocalyptica w/Brent Smith (I heart Brent Smith - SUPER sexy singer!).

Most of these songs remind me more specifically of Snape's relationship with Lily, but other's - like "Hero" and "Endless Sacrifice" - pertain to Snape in general. The last 2 have nothing to do with Snape's character or Lily; more like me + Snape.

And just so you know, that Conjure One song (Sleep) has been in my head for days now. It's sort of becoming an addiction....

There is also a song called "Mercy in Darkness" by orchestral group Two Steps From Hell. There are no lyrics, but it's basically "Lily's Theme Part II" if you have an ear for music. It has the same feel to it. It's even sadder to listen to it while watching Snape vids on YouTube (without the video sound).
